Shipping Policy

1- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we anticipate a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

We offer two shipping options through USPS:

• Standard Ground Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Priority Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

All shipments are sent using flat rate boxes:

• Small Flat Rate Box

• Medium Flat Rate Box

3- We are pleased to offer international shipping options. International orders will be shipped using USPS International services. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

4- Occasionally, shipping services may experience delays due to factors beyond our control, including weather events, holidays, or carrier service disruptions. While we will do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates in such circumstances.

5- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment through the USPS website to monitor its progress.

6- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Dad's Stamps is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at contact@dadsstamps.com. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed within a 7-14day timeframe, following USPS policies.
